How to get to Cha-am

From Bangkok, take Phetkasem Road (Highway No. 4). The distance is approximately 170 km and takes 2–3 hours.
Train
Take the southbound train and get off at Cha-am station. There are express, rapid, and ordinary trains available. The journey takes approximately 3-4 hours.
Bus / Van
There are buses from the Southern Bus Terminal (new) and vans from various locations in Bangkok. The journey takes approximately 2.5–3 hours.
Airplane (nearby airport)
Hua Hin Airport (HHQ) is approximately 25 km from Cha-am, or you can take Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and then continue by car.
